The overall hight of this proposed structure is vastly encroaching on the views of the neighboring residential homes. The view homes in Harbor view Broad more and the other surrounding areas will have their views devastated. The light pollution will be as bad or worse as our excessivly expensive city hall. The influx of traffic is also not appreciated. Newport Beach was never intended to be a another Los Angles. As I said view restriction, light pollution and excessive amout of traffic is not what the fashion Island area needs now or any tine in the future. Please by considerate of all of us, we who have lived here in this view area do not want to see our property values decline any more as they did with the city hall development.
